A customer-provided guide to the selection of design parameters for the nozzle
Customers must provide piping pressure, power size, quantity,
gas heat value and gas composition,
furnace wall thickness, furnace maximum temperature,
process curve, furnace linings material
The flame diameter is generally about 1 to 2 times the diameter of the outlet.

The gas and air interface can be rotated 4 × 90 degrees and is tunable
The brazier should be lit in the small fire power range (5 ~ 40% maximum power)
A small fire must be maintained (2 ~ 5 percent of full power) before the brazier is closed to prevent flue gas from inside the furnace from entering the brazier causing condensation.
The fuel fan should not be turned off until it is cooled inside the furnace
Heat insulation measures are taken to prevent overheating and damage to the braid parts. If thermal insulation material cannot be installed, secondary air ducts must be provided to prevent overheating
When preheated fuel air is used, in order to maintain the combustion power of the nozzle, the gas supply should be reduced, the gas pressure should be reduce and the fuel air pressure should be increased.
